In Develi, there are some alternative medicine types that is local and healthy method. In this project I am focusing on create a Treat-Care Center for everyone by using Develi methodologies and Develi plan organizations. Before passing to building, better to explain these alternative medicine methods.
The healing water (ACI SU) that comes out of Zile is a source approved by the Ministry of Health. It is good for internal diseases and skin diseases which is shown in the diagram. The most ideal leech type used in the treatment is reproduced in Lake Engir, where Sultan Reeds are located. Leeches are effective at increasing blood circulation and breaking up blood clots. The Astragalus plant as geven otu is effective in strengthening the immune system and increasing antibody production against flu and their ability to fight diseases. It is abundant in Mount Erciyes. Sultan Sazlığı has a rare ecosystem with fresh and salt water ecosystems. Together with the birds it hosts, it has the power to be an ideal center with its environmental advantages. In addition, the clean air rate is one of the most important factors for the therapy center thanks to its altitude. Elder people population results: Lastly, including the elder population, the environmental advantages; A private establishment that provides living quarters and care for chronically ill, usually elderly patients can be a big need for Develi.
The Treat-care Center is a center which is made of materials from Develi and has Develi texture in its plan organization, has workshop areas where people will have a pleasant time, has laboratories for researchers, has professional therapy rooms and studies, provides both short-term and long-term accommodation, has a view of the mountain and the Sultan Sazlığı and forms an important part of the created cultural route and with the cruise areas it contains.
In treatment Unit, there are basically 10 treatment rooms, waiting areas and 5 consultation rooms. Also for diagnosis period, there will be labs and other requirements as hospital. There are basically 10 researcher/doctors who work here both for treatment and research studies. For each, there will be personal offices and labs, common labs, and discussion and presentation rooms. As accommodation, for short term stay and daily visits, common recreational areas will be developed to be integrated with units. As long term stay for elder people, there will be maximum 100 elder people capacity in this unit. They will have some social interaction places during day, and this unit will be connected with accommodation and treatment unit. In common activity unit; for elder people who stay here, doctors / researchers; representations, presentations and common activities will be organized. There will be recreation area. Administrative unit will manage Research Center, Treatment Center and Care Center and their accommodation units. There will be 12 people in the main management department; 1 manager, 3 deputy managers, one of them will manage research center and researchers’ accommodation, one of them will manage treatment center and patients’ accommodation and other one will manage care center and elder people’s accomodation, administrative affairs manager, 1 accountant, 1 computer and model operator, 3 cleaning chief and 3 security chief.
